Kevin Speich is President and co-founder of Plan Design Partners, Inc. He specializes in assisting advisors and plan sponsors with 401(k), 403(b) and Cash Balance retirement plans.
Kevin directs retirement plan design, compliance, and fiduciary guidance for businesses and financial advisors through a client-centric approach that seeks to meet each client’s individual definition of excellent service and quality. The firm's goal is to continually exceed clients’ expectations based on their vision of success through developing strong partnerships, solid communication and sound retirement plan fundamentals.
With his past experience as a retirement plan specialist, Kevin brings deep insight and experience in the employee benefits and retirement plan arena, including plan consulting, fiduciary best practices/governance, due diligence, vendor analysis and selection, plan and fee bench-marking, and employee education.
Prior to starting Plan Design Partners, he spent more than a decade serving the needs of individuals, business owners and corporations seeking long-term retirement strategies and solutions. He has past experience in investment management and retirement income planning for individuals, as well as designing, developing and administering complex retirement plan solutions for business owners and corporations. He is an active member in the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Kevin attributes his work ethic and motivation to help each client or plan participant pursue the best possible retirement outcome to the values instilled while growing up in Central Wisconsin on the family farm. He believes that the combination of hard work, honesty and placing clients’ needs first is central to developing lasting relationships.
He currently splits his time between Appleton, WI and Peoria, IL, and enjoys spending time with his daughter. Hunting and history are two favorite pastimes.
